An efficient HVAC control system is essential for managing rising energy costs and maintaining building comfort. With years of experience, VAMTEC delivers top-tier engineering efficiency for your building. Our comprehensive services, from design and integration to commissioning and energy assessment, ensure productivity and comfort for occupants. Advancements in IIoT and Cloud Technology offer reliability, connectivity, and analytics to optimize system performance.
An HVAC control system consists of analog-digital inputs to measure variables (such as temperature, humidity, or pressure) and analog-digital outputs to control the transport medium (hot/cold water and/or steam). Digital inputs typically come from control device contacts, while analog inputs usually involve voltage or current measurements from sensing devices that detect variables such as temperature, humidity, velocity, or pressure. Digital outputs generally consist of relay contacts used to start and stop equipment, and analog outputs typically involve voltage or current signals to control the movement of the medium (air, water, steam) through control devices like valves, dampers, and motors. Additionally, an HVAC control system features time schedules, setpoints, controllers, logic, timers, trend logs, alarms, and more.
We offer the following services:
- Design, Integration, and commissioning of the HVAC Control System
- Retrofitting/Upgrade of existing old system with a PLC-based system
- PLC migration
- Control logic for complex HVAC system e.g. Load distribution
- PLC programming – Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider
- HMI programming – Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider
- Communication protocols like Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet IP, Modbus, BACnet etc.
- Remote connectivity
